We have made arrangements with the Oxford Suites in Paso Robles for Thursday, October 15 through Sunday, October 18, 2026. We locked in reduced rates by making arraignments early.
We have 20 King Suites reserved at a rate of $215 and 20 double Queen Suites at a rate of $245, with all rooms available for single or double occupancy. Check-in is on Thursday at 4:00 p.m. and checkout is on Sunday at 11:00 a.m., with the possibility of early check-in and late check-out subject to availability.

The last day to reserve a room is August 31, 2026, but please book early, as the rooms were fully taken within a few weeks last year. If we fill up early there is a possibility of adding more rooms, but they are likely to sell out by summer. Fully refundable cancellations are allowed up until 3:00 p.m. the day before arrival.
Our package includes Wi‑Fi, hot breakfast each morning, a nightly social hour with a hosted drink and appetizers, parking, and daily bike storage in a designated conference room.
